Midu Hoch offers a flat fee of $10 for worldwide shipping on all orders big or small. That means we can deliver almost anywhere in the world from LA to Tokyo. We have included everything such as the cost of packaging, handling and delivery.

Can you deliver to my country?
We can ship to almost any country worldwide. If in doubt definitely contact us first before any order so we can check if there are any problems delivering to your country.
When can I expect my order?
When you complete an order please expect a processing time of at least 24 hours. You can expect your items will be sent out from our end within 48 hours. In case our delivery time is delayed, it will be notified to you via email or other contact methods. The estimated time expected for orders can be from 3–14 days depending on location.
Will my parcel be charged customs and import charges?
In most cases, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any such additional charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. Midu Hoch has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

I haven't received my order.
Your order will always be delivered as soon as possible to the address you’ve submitted. However, it's possible that your order delivery is delayed by unforeseen circumstances with your local delivery service. In that case, we'll personally inform you as soon as possible but please be reminded that we can't be held responsible for delays caused by external reasons.
I've received a wrong item or a defected item.
In case you've received a wrong item or a defected item, the return or exchange of the item will be completely at our expense.
