Can you deliver to my country?

 

We can ship to almost any country worldwide. If in doubt definitely contact us first before any order so we can check if there are any problems delivering to your country.

 

 

When can I expect my order?

 

When you complete an order please expect a processing time of at least 24 hours. You can expect your items will be sent out from our end within 48 hours. In case our delivery time is delayed, it will be notified to you via email or other contact methods. The estimated time expected for orders can be from 3–14 days depending on location.

 

 

Will my parcel be charged customs and import charges?

 

In most cases, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any such additional charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. Midu Hoch has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

 

It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

 

 

I haven't received my order.

 

Your order will always be delivered as soon as possible to the address you’ve submitted. However, it's possible that your order delivery is delayed by unforeseen circumstances with your local delivery service. In that case, we'll personally inform you as soon as possible but please be reminded that we can't be held responsible for delays caused by external reasons.

 

 

I've received a wrong item or a defected item.

 

In case you've received a wrong item or a defected item, the return or exchange of the item will be completely at our expense. Please notify us immediately and we will let you know how to follow the returning/exchange procedure of an item (click here to read about returns). Indicate which item(s) you've received incorrectly or with a defect and which item you still wish to receive. Please follow the procedures correctly to ensure a smooth process of return.

 

 

What are the shipping costs?

 

We offer a flat fee of $10 worldwide shipping on any order. Orders can be shipped to almost anywhere in the world for any order amount. Please contact us if you have any questions concerning shipping.
