Before any order make sure you have fully read the terms and conditions. Products in the shopping cart are not necessarily reserved at the time until you have proceeded through checkout and received an order confirmation. After checkout of your order, we will send you an order confirmation e-mail. The confirmation e-mail is an acknowledgement that we have successfully received your order and is not necessarily an acceptance of the order. Any issues with the order will be notified to you via email or other provided contact methods.
All orders placed by you are subject to acceptance by us. We have the right to refuse any order for any particular reason. In this case you will be notified as soon as possible, although do not hold the right to notify you of the exact reasons. Please note that products are subject to availability. There is no complete guarantee that all products displayed on this website are in stock at the time of order and errors can happen in stock numbers. Again you will be notified via email or other contact methods of such issues such as unavailability of items. In such cases where we have received any payments by you we will refund you the amount as soon as possible.
All of our prices shown currently on this site are in US Dollars. The listed price does not include the worldwide shipping charge. The prices shown may vary from time to time and we reserve ourselves the right to change prices listed without notice. Current payments options on this website are through methods of Credit card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express) and Paypal. Our best efforts are put into making this website as secure as possible. Credit card transactions are processed using Paypal which is a secure online payment gateway that has highly secure encryption technology for your card details. We are not responsible for any charges or penalties that you may incur from the payment provider for your order. When checking out you will be redirected to the Paypal site where you will complete the payment for the order.
Currently we offer a flat cost of $10 worldwide shipping with all product items. We will deliver the items you have ordered to the address that you have provided to us. Please make sure you have provided us the correct address, as we are unable to change anything once items are shipped out. Please allow a period of up to 48 hours for dispatch and processing of orders. Orders are sent using method of International Registered Air Mail and usually takes 3–14 days depending on location. We reserve the right to change this policy without notice. We are not responsible for any supplementary delay and for any inappropriate behaviour from post services. In cases where a delay may occur we will notify you by email or other contact methods. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and start from the date of dispatch. Where possible you may be provided with a tracking reference number once your order has been sent out. Orders are shipped from our prime location in Hong Kong. In most cases, any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any such additional charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. We have no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
We strive to make our customers as happy as possible with their purchases, however for whatever reason you decide to return your purchased item please contact us first. You may choose return item(s) within 14 days after receiving the ordered items. Items that qualify for a return are products still in its original, unopened and unworn condition. The items(s) should be intact with the original labels attached in the original packaging. The product shouldn't show marks of being worn, such as stains, smell and use damage. We cannot accept item(s) without a complete return form and that are not reported to us. The item(s) are your responsibility until they reach our hands. Failure to follow and comply with these conditions may result in no refund. After your notice of return you have 14 days to return items to us for a full refund (excluding delivery cost). Follow the steps below to register your return first. Make sure you include the complete return form to your parcel for a correct handling.

Pack your item(s) in original packaging with the return form carefully so it won’t get damaged during distribution. If items returned are damaged we have the right not to offer a full refund.
Take your parcel to your local post office or package service to post it to us.
Once we receive your item(s) they will be inspected to check whether they meet our Terms & Conditions. We will also notify you of receipt of package.
We strive to return your payment or item(s) within 14 days after receiving the package.
If you wish to cancel your order please note that the merchandise may be already underway to your mentioned delivery address. You may cancel orders only if we have not sent out the orders already, which is usually within 48 hours after processing the payment at checkout. If we have already sent out the item to your address you will need to go through the returning process as specified.

How can I confirm Midu Hoch has received my order?
When you've completed your order, you will receive an automatic generated order confirmation by e-mail. Any updates regarding your order will also be communicated to your e-mail. Please make sure you fill in the correct e-mail address for the order.
How can I cancel or change my order?
We can't cancel or change placed order because it will be automatically processed in our system. After you've received your order, it's possible to return the items for free excluding the shipping costs (please refer to refunds).
The online shop is missing one size, is it still possible to order it?
Our online shop shows the complete and current assortment available. When we receive new stock, all items should be visible in our webshop immediately. Unfortunately, we can't deliver products that aren't currently available in our web shop. It's possible however that there may be mistakes occurred and in that case please contact us. For more information about any stock matters please contact us at email@example.com.

What is a CVC/CVV/CID?
The Card Security Code (CVC/CVV/CID) is an additional three or four digit security code that is printed (not embossed) on the front or back of your credit card. The CVC/CVV/CID is an extra security measure to ensure that you are in possession of your own credit card.

Can I return items/cancel my order?

Please note that since we offer complimentary shipping, any returns will require you cover all of your own shipping related costs. We are no entitled to refund back any delivery costs in the refund process.

Can I exchange an item?
It's not possible to exchange an item directly. If you wish to exchange an item, you need to follow the same procedure as returning. Place the exchanging item as a return, send it back and order a new item.

Have you received my returned goods?
As soon as your returned items have arrived in our central depot, you'll receive a confirmation e-mail. If you've shipped your items back to us and have not received a confirmation email after one week, please contact us, indicating your returned items and the order number.
When can I expect my refund?
As soon as we have received your return shipment, we'll confirm the receipt by e-mail. We need about 14 days to refund your payment. We credit the amount to your account through the original payment method.
